• The exhibitors should be careful in cleaning their stands not to dirty the
   stands of the neighbor exhibitors.

• The exhibitors are asked to put their waste in front of their stands
   before the general cleaning during the fair. This waste is collected by
   the staff.

• IFOR is not responsible from the cleaning of the stands. The stands
   should be cleaned by the exhibitor.

• The exhibitor should inform IFOR Assistance Service if the exhibitor
   asks for an inside stand cleaning.

• The cleaning that the exhibitors ask with a request form only covers
   the cleaning of the carpets and the stand materials during the fair.

DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL

• The removal will be organized according to the fair calendar.

• If any damage is determined in the stand during removal, this damage
   will be recorded with a minute and it will be charged from the exhibitor.

• The trucks may only enter the fairground during removal as long as
   they have the permission from IFOR.

• The gathering and the removal of the products before the last day of
   the fair or any work related to gathering within the stand are strictly
   forbidden.

• IFOR will provide electric and lighting service during dismantling and
   removal. 

THE USAGE OF ELECTRICITY

• The energy that each exhibitor can use within their stand is almost
   1Kw.

• None of the exhibitors are allowed to use a projector in stand lighting.

• Only energy saving spot lights or bulbs can be used in stand lighting.

• Please ask for detailed information from IFOR.

VOLUME LEVEL

• The level of the volume within the stand should not be too high to
   disturb the neighbor exhibitors.

• IFOR has the authority to put the volume down or cut the electricity of
   the stand if the level of the volume in the stand is over the permitted
   level.

• The acceptable maximum volume level should be 50db within the stand.

PHOTOGRAHING AND FILMING

• The exhibitors are not allowed to take photos or film the halls without
   getting permission from the fair organizer.

• The visitors are allowed to take photos and film the halls as long as
   they get the permission from the exhibitors.

SECURITY AND INSURANCE

• The fairground and the fair are insured by IFOR.

• The general security of the fairground will be provided by a private
   Security Company that is arranged by IFOR.

• The fair area will always be under control.

• The exhibitors are asked not to leave their products and materials
   unattended in order to prevent any lost or stolen of products.

• The exhibitor is responsible from all the materials and items that is
   rented from IFOR EXPO.

• IFOR EXPO has the insurance for its responsibilities.

• Every exhibitor should have their own insurance in case the fair is
   canceled or if the exhibitor leaves the exhibition.

• The exhibitor takes all the responsibility of all the staff that will take part
   within the stand during the exhibition.

• It is strictly forbidden to allow staff without insurance.

FIRE

• There are fire extinguishers in all of the halls.

• It is forbidden to block the access of the area of these fire
   extinguishers.

• It is forbidden to smoke within the fairground.

FIRST AID

• First Aid Service and Ambulance will be available during the fair for
   both the exhibitors and the visitors.

HOST /
HOSTESS
HIRING

• If the exhibitor requires, host / hostess hiring services can be provided
   by IFOR.

• The working hours of hosts / hostesses are restricted during fair
   hours.

• The exhibitors are asked to fill a form in order to request a host / a
   hostess who speaks a foreign language or foreign languages.

INTERNET SERVICES

• Wireless service will be provided in the fairground.

• The exhibitors are asked to apply to IFOR Technical Service for internet
   access.
